Over my career, I have encountered countless Vision Statements, Brand Statements and Company Philosophies. In that time, I never found a statement or document that spoke to what I believe is truly paramount to running an effective business and that influenced my decision to co-found BlueStreak Data.
In lieu of creating an official company philosophy or branding ever wall in our office with a poster of our Mission Statement, I decided to make every decision and instill every employee with one simple idea:
We will do what is in the best interest of our clients today and everyday.
This concept is so simple and yet so many companies are trapped under their own bottom line, their own sales quotas and their own agendas that they simply cannot make this statement come true for their clients.
